I was always happy to have this facility in our backyard until recently. The last several times I have went there for routine labwork the registration was swift and accurate....the lab techniciation the same way.... However it is a cumbersome path to the lab. You have to drop off your paperwork to the radiology assistant. When they get a burst of energy they decide the stack is getting tall and they deliver the paperwork to the lab. Then the lab tech says "everybody comes at once" no ! we have been piling up for an hour now
Had a knee replacement and was treated like a piece of trash! Thank goodness my husband was there! They were absolutely terrible! Looking for another hospital now because I don't need to be treated like that after a major surgery! Will the hospital respond? No I doubt it!
