Front desk lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke to me without respect and was extremely rude when I didn’t hear one of her questions she was also rude when I Called ahead to ask about a billing question. Not a welcoming place at all I’m not sure who pissed in her cup but do better.

This is the best experience I've had in the past 10 years at any medical facility. Dr Dunham was very caring and took his time to really evaluate my situation. I forgot the nurse's name but she was amazing as well. I am looking forward to my next appointment because I know I'll be treated great.

DO NOT get hiatal hernia repair from doctor means. Had to have my surgery completely redone and fixed due to him wrapping my nerves and putting a hole in my asophogus. My surgeon in Seattle let me know that most of his hernia repairs are from patients of Dr. Means. They keep moving him to different hospitals due to complaints and Mal practice

I went in and while i was there they asked if i wanted a blood test panel, as it was free and covered by my insurance once per year. So i believed them and said sure, why not? Even though i was fully healthy. Then i get a bill for $556. They absolutely unequivocally lied to me so i would get a service I didn't need. If I had known, no way! I'm healthy and never in a million years would have done that. This is a real problem in the medical community, they can charge anything they want for pointless tests on healthy people!
