My how Fitness Pointe has fallen in a few short years is a tragedy. The staff that once went out of their way to smile and welcome you by eagerly offering assistance are today far too busy sitting on their asses texting on their cell phones. They used to take your blood pressure by just noticing you sitting in a chair. Today, they're too lazy to get up off their asses! Don't blame Covid, that's any easy excuse and a cop out.
