The team at Palatka Community Hospice has been incredible, especially Allison and Kerrie. They are truly wonderful nurses—kind, compassionate, and professional in every way. Their care and support have meant so much to our family, and we honestly don’t know what we would do without them.
Under extremely urgent and difficult circumstances my 89 year old mom had to leave her New Hampshire Hospice team and come to live in Florida with my husband and I. Mom arrived at midnight and early in the morning her new Hospice team arrived, her medical equipment arrived early afternoon as well as all of her medications. After everything that happened to my mom in New Hampshire she was extremely distrustful of people. Community Hospice of Palatka is an excellent team. All the team members are compassionate, caring, and supportive. I highly recommend this team and am 100% happy with the care being provided!
Karrie the cna and Allison the nurse who come to take care of my dad are the best. They both go above and beyond what they need to do. They are amazing if you are in need of hospice care for anyone go with community hospice.
Gals that come to the house are the best. Nurses are special.
