I had to be admitted to hospital in middle of night no one notified hospice and while in hospital I got a text saying being discharged due to multiple violations of contact. WHAT CONTRACT?; I ONLY SIGN YES I WANTED HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE IN HOME.. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS HOSPICE EVER FOR ANYONE.
I use to work Medicare Billing at Haven Hospice and regret ever having them care for my Mother in law. We switched to community after the disaster with Haven and Community was 1000% better. They really seemed to care and really helped my mother in law pass comfortably in her home.
Would never recommend them to care for your loved one. While they have some wonderful nurses (Sam especially!), the management and scheduling only caused more stress for my family during my father's final days. If they can't staff appropriately, they shouldn't offer services. Couldn't be more disappointed.
