Community Hospice and Palliative Care provided exceptional care for my mother over the past nine months. Their compassion, care, and diligence were evident in every interaction. The team was incredibly responsive, both to my mother and to our family, ensuring that all our needs were met. I am especially grateful to Vicky, Lee, and Araetha, who went above and beyond in their care. Their dedication made a difficult time much more bearable, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and support.

I have been an attorney in the area for over 30 years and a registered nurse over 40. While I have had many positive experiences with hospice, I unfortunately had the worst experience ever with a nurse named Deborah. Her evaluations were inaccurate, she made promises she didn’t keep, she didn’t make the patient comfortable or her end of life experience pleasant. I work to place clients in Assissted Living and Memory Care communities, and I work hand in hand with a lot of our community partners. I recently had a very anxious client who was moving into a community that would meet her healthcare needs with hospice on board. Her Home Health Aide with Community Hospice of North Central Florida helped soothe her anxiety by coming to prepare her for the move getting her beautified to meet new friends. Community H&P Care was exceptional in caring for my husband during his last days. Any equipment needed was speedily provided. Aides, RNs, meds were readily available. All questions were answered accordingly. I would definitely recommend this agency.
