Highly recommend. My mother received great care. They also provided me (caregiver) with support and many ideas to care for mom. Their the best.
My mother was at the Summit Ave/FTW location four years ago and it was such a good move. Transfer from the hospital to CHOT was so peaceful. Everyone was so helpful, nice to the family and sweet & gentle with my Mom. I recommend Community Healthcare to anyone looking for a wonderful place to put their loved one.
If you really care about your loved ones please research before choosing this company. They caused a lot of undue stress to my best friend in his last months. If you live in apartments expect a scavenger hunt to find the med deliveries. Need your nurse? Don't expect a reply to texts. I'm not a professional caregiver so I would have to hunt down needed supplies from other companies. The company they had to supply oxygen equipment is a nightmare.
