If you really care about your loved ones please research before choosing this company. They caused a lot of undue stress to my best friend in his last months. If you live in apartments expect a scavenger hunt to find the med deliveries. Need your nurse? Don't expect a reply to texts. I'm not a professional caregiver so I would have to hunt down needed supplies from other companies. The company they had to supply oxygen equipment is a nightmare. I had to sit in the apartment where I found my best friend's body for 3 days wait... read more

My grandma was in the care of Community Healthcare of Texas hospice and our experience was wonderful. Everything was quick and efficient and anytime we needed assistance the nurses came very quickly. Ginger and Allison were very helpful in helping us learn how to administer the meds and what to expect and all the symptoms and changes my grandma was going through. I am glad and feel at peace that we gave the best care my grandmother could possibly get. Thank you.

I can't thank our hospice team enough. The care and support from Community made a significant impact on my dad's journey, ensuring he was treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. The above-average supply of supplies, equipment, medication, frequent visits, and amazing care from our aide, chaplain, and nurse were all instrumental. Thank you, Jeremy, Lexie, Sharon, Holly, Stacy, and all the others we had contact with during this time. Your care was deeply appreciated and will always be remembered. I also want to say how ... read more

I have been familiar with this excellent organization for many years. Three months ago, I put my stepmother in a nursing home, where she receives hospice care from CHOT. I can't praise Joan's care team highly enough - all are caring, competent and compassionate. The social worker Taryn and bathing lady Martha are both johnny-on-the-spot. My primary contact, Anna, goes way above and beyond in her consistent, thorough communications. Their support makes a big difference - every day.
