My dad was in your facility the last of April into first part of May. He passed away May 2nd. Your facility was absolutely amazing. The nurses and doctor were amazing. They treated my dad with kindness and care. Stacy (third shift nurse) went above and beyond. Thank you for taking such great care of my dad.
The staff was very compassionate and provided wonderful care for our mom.
Do not send your loved one here for respite care. The do not follow the home health protocol. They gave my mother morphine, when she was not on pain medication. It debilitated her and she’s never walked or fed herself again. I am happy to discuss what happened to us with anyone that wants to reach out. I do not wish our experience on anyone.
They took great care of my Dad for the past month. And, once he was in his final hours - I felt the nurses somehow knew exactly what each of us needed to hear. Of course, we were sad to see him leave this world - but being at the Warner Center helped tremendously. Our whole family is grateful for the incredible support they provided during a difficult time.
