Columbia/Greene community hospice recently provided transportation for my father from a local rehab to my home so he could be with his family and die with dignity. Hospice staff are exceptionally caring, professional, and respectful individuals. They went above and beyond to support my Dad as well as my entire family. Myself and my family want to thank the Hospice support team from the bottom of our hearts for all they did for my Dad and family
