I had an appointment for 8:30 to have a recall issue taken care of on my 2024 Pilot. I arrived at 8:20 and was told my vehicle would be looked at soon. I decided to wait for it. Unfortunately, it was almost 10:20 before my vehicle was taken back and it only took about 15 minutes to do the inspection. I am not sure why I had to make an appointment if I had to wait almost 2 hours. On the positive side, all the employees were very friendly and helpful.
Mike in the service department was very helpful when my car started having issues just 2 days before leaving for a road trip. I dropped the car off after hours and he was taking care of the issue 1st thing the next morning. Mike had parts ordered and everything fixed in just over 24 hours. Thank you Mike !!
Matthew was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the repairs and coordinating transportation for me.
