We had been on a trip in our Honda Fit from Brookings, SD to Indianapolis, IN, when we lost all power in Waterloo, IA. Called Community Honda to see what they could do...they told me that they didn't have time for me cause they were booked and that they had other customers. So when we got home I sent them a message on there web page and told them what had happened. Well its been a couple months now and still haven't gotten so much as a "were sorry" or anything. At least I got great service at Rydell Cheverolet.
I just had another great experience at Community Honda this week! We have purchased two vehicles there, and also had some work done at the service department. I can honestly say that the staff has proven to us numerous times that the customer is their top priority! Sam, Rick, and the rest of the staff there are awesome....we will definitely be back!
