They have a hard time cleaning up snow. At least the bullet holes arent in the doors anymore. Bad at maitinance on the buildings. Some of them smell like garbage.
Stay away, lots of crackheads, dope fiends, people constantly party outside from like 12 pm to 4am everyday, cops are always around because there's always something going down
