Great pool service! Have been with them for 12 years. There service is excellent. I have weekly service and am proud of how good my pool looks from week to week.
Great customer service when calling the main number. The lawn department is quick to respond when I call for a question regarding my regular lawn maintenance. I also had landscaping work done. In both lawn maintenance and my landscape work they are professional, do quality work and are cost effective.
We remodeled our pool in 2019 and hired CHS in fall of 2019. Everything went well through the winter as there are little to no problems that show up. However, as Spring arrived and algae began to form, the guy who maintains the pool apparently just poured the algaecide in the water and never took care for it to dissolve. I have my water tested there regularly. The staff is knowledgable and willing to help. I have been able to get any water issues addressed quickly and accurately. I have been more than pleased with their services. Highly recommend.
I saw these vans all over town. You think to yourself, this must be a great company if they have so many vans and stuff running around town. In the end, I think the level of service comes from these guys trying to stick their hat in everywhere. Need a pool guy? They got someone. House cleaner? Yard guy? There is a reason most companies find something to offer and stick to it. It seems like the motto of this company is 'we will offer any service but we won't be good at it.'
