Very friendly and helpful
Horrible service, have called two days in a row and been on hold for 35 min + each time. Can't get ahold of anyone and they completely failed to explain how the entire process works with insurance and payment. Got a surprise bill to learn that im renting to own the equipment when I could have just bought one outright for almost 1/2 the price. 👍
Their patient billing and patient support numbers have the worst customer service ever! They charged me $250 over what I was supposed to pay for a period of 2 months. First they told me my claims were denied then they said my insurance wasn't effective for the date of service. I contacted my insurance and they said I was covered and they never received a claim for the months I was charged.
