I have dealt with the Helena, MT office and Andrea has been my lifesaver. I have had so many difficulties with my Phillips Cpap that I cannot even begin to describe my level of frustration and desperation but Andrea is my hero and a compassionate individual who was able to help me. I am on my 4th Dreamstation 2 which wasn't working either., through all my tears, literally, she was able to get my machine working and I love her.
