Worked with Danielle. She was extremely knowledgeable and quickly got me a replacement for my failing CPAP. I would highly recommend Rotech Helena.

Rotech Helena, for most of my 4 year relationship with them, has been a nightmare. The front office never knows what is going on and Im told different things by different people. I have not been in there in over a year in an attempt to avoid the disfunction. Today Danielle Henderson, who was not an employee last time I was there, assisted me in a knowledgeable and professional manner. What an asset to Rotech! Rotech……..please do not run her off!!!!!
This place is not welcoming or helpful. Professionalism has degraded since first going there 9 years ago.
