Quicker response to doctors orders and changes. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a different oxygen tank valve.
This place seems to be disorganized on a good day. Plus, at least one of the employees has a problem with, for lack of a better term, honesty. In a face-to-face discussion, I asked for my cpap machine to be billed "one time" (paid in full) to my insurance. No comment was returned so I took that to mean "no problem". In fact, Home Health does not (or cannot) bill in this fashion so my machine went through as a rental. This difference personally cost me almost $350.
