Terrible company, very poorly managed. Staff have minimal to no training. My sister and I have to train almost every staff member that shows up ourselves. My father is bed bound and total care. The aides either don’t show or call out after their shift should have started. They almost never find replacements to cover those shifts. Many of the aides take naps, sit on their cell phones, don’t do the cares they’ve been asked to do, and don’t interact with my father.
