We have been extremely satisfied with the nursing, OT, PT and administrative care that my husband has received from Day 1. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and go above and beyond to assist resolving any issues that may arise such as insurance coverage, etc. We appreciate everyone that we have encountered at Amedysis home health. The therapists and supervisors were so helpful and always professional! They helped me with my pain and were always ready and willing to write down what to do when. The OT supervisor (Emily) even drew stick figures to help me remember what to do. The PT therapist (Tracy) was so patient with me as I was learning proper form. The OT therapist ( Katie) was especially encouraging at all times. All of the help I got to relive my pain and to regain my mobility and to prevent further problems is certainly appreciated!
