My wife has been with community for almost 2 years now. Staffing is extremely inconsistent. Most staff do not speak English and are on their phone the whole shift. Coordinator “Nikki” told me that they are doing us a favor by providing coverage and I should be thankful. I’ve even escalated to the program Supervisor “Suzzie” who simply changed coordinators but never followed up.
