Coordinates don’t respond back to you and then you get terminated for not accepting cases despite you being a dedicated and reliable aide. I would never reccmmend this agency not even to my enemies.
I just called for in home help for my sister. If you call and speak to Judah, only speak when spoken to. I was scolded for interrupting him to ask a question related to what he was saying. Like I needed to be treated this way while looking for HELP!

Update: Positive update below was short lived. Ultimately we had to change agencies because things were going so badly. Update: I thank Community Home Health Care for their reply below and can confirm that our care plan with Chris has been going well. Chris has indeed been a blessing to my family and has been caring for dad very well for the last week or so. I have adjusted my rating to 4 stars, with my gratitude. Update: I thank Community Home Health Care for their reply below and can confirm that our care plan with Chris has been going well.
