This place is the worst when I mean the worst the worst place to work at as an employee one I started the 30th of this year in January when I only worked a month for them and already they had accused me of stealing $100 from one of my clients, I had six clients, They kept asking me over and over so you were denying that you took a clients money I said yes why would I steal from my elderly person? The worst people to work with A processor called Megan chose to go back-and-forth with me because she wouldn’t let me speak to a Manager. She was rude and disrespectful when somebody is employed there and wants to speak to a manager that shouldn’t be a problem but she made it a problem …. They don’t have your back and they don’t give you any information they treat their home care worker like cattle … Plus you’re extremely underpaid.
Don’t work here.
Stay away from this place as an employee and a patient. DO NOT let your family be under their care. Not reliable. No background checks. They get paid to teach the 1 week long PCA class. So they heavily push this class. Then you're automatically hired after you complete it. Staff is horrible. You've been warned
