Extremely disappointed with Community of Kingston. My mother is almost 87 years old with Parkinson's. She is very frequently left alone when her scheduled caregiver isn't able to come. They promise to get coverage and if and when they do, it's not for the amount of time she needs. She falls and needs someone with her. She really needs more hours than provided but they give her less. God forbid she falls when she is supposed to have someone there.... Awful service, never answer phone calls or return them . They dont pay their employees.
