This is the worst agency I’ve ever worked with. Communication throughout the agency is terrible, you can never get in touch with anyone, especially the coordinators. They try to assign you cases that are the complete opposite of your availability. Then, when you actually request cases that fit your schedule, they don’t provide them. They refuse to give you cases that match your availability and instead penalize you for not accepting ones that don’t. So their claim that “you make your own schedule” is a lie don’t fall for it.

Very nice teacher who is very thorough. She goes above and beyond to assure the students understand any information given and how to properly do things.
