Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service! I am thoroughly disappointed and appalled by the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability demonstrated by Community Home Health Care. I am a nurse caring for a patient who receives HHA services through this agency. Approximately one week ago, his assigned home health aide experienced a family emergency and abruptly left her position. This is the worst agency I’ve ever worked with. Communication throughout the agency is terrible, you can never get in touch with anyone, especially the coordinators. They try to assign you cases that are the complete opposite of your availability. Then, when you actually request cases that fit your schedule, they don’t provide them. They refuse to give you cases that match your availability and instead penalize you for not accepting ones that don’t. So their claim that “you make your own schedule” is a lie don’t fall for it.
