Can't talk with anybody local in Abingdon Va.I called because I need the humidifier cup and the foreigner that answered said they would have to send it through the mail. Why have an office in Abinghdon when they can't deliver or I can come pick it up? Makes no sense.
A complete joke of a company. Third party for Parachute Health and whoever else. Hopefully you wont have to speak with anyone locally. It wont happen. Answering services and long line of automated BS.
No customer service available but for 855 number to the Philippines. They will provide no service, tell you they don’t have any answers and will not let you speak to anyone other than who answers the phone. Terrible service and company
