Gentiva Hospice provided wonderful services towards my grandmother, who only had hospice services for three days before passing away on February 7 and towards us, as her family, to help comfort us during this difficult time. May God continue to bless the hospice nurses, chaplain, and social worker that kept us encouraged during this difficult time and provided my grandmother the best of comfort before her transition.
I had a bad experience with the hospice facility I use to be with but gentivia hospice is greatly appreciated and the most caring hospice around in my book they listen and they address your concerns for there pstiets and there care givers you won't go wrong going with this loving hospice team thst cares
Hi!! Gentiva would get 10 stars if I could give it to them. Nurse Keisha, Jennifer, and Jasmin were so helpful and really made the situation more calming with their wonderful personalities. Michelle the social worker was outstanding with making sure we all were okay throughout the process. She helped me alot just speaking to me. Chaplain Aaron was here for support and prayed for us and my mother during her transition. The office staff Janelle and Beth were wonderful also. All the people we have met have been excellent from the nurses, CNAs to the ladies who answer the phones during the week!!!
