Gentiva Hospice of Goldsboro was there for us in what we knew would be the last months for my mom. During her illness, my dad also took a turn for the worse after a hospital stay and they gave him home care as well. Their personal nurse Angela was the absolute best! She became a family friend! Gentiva Hospice is amazing!!! They admitted my dad on a Labor Day Weekend, never acted like it was an inconvenience or minded at all! The staff is very compassionate and caring and explained everything so we understood what to expect. The hospice aide Carol was my dad’s favorite. He looked forward to her daily visits. We were very pleased with the wonderful care we received.
My Grandma is currently receiving hospice through Gentiva Goldsboro. I can’t say enough good things about them. From the wonderful nurses, aides, social worker, and chaplain! Even the volunteer coordinator went and visited with her and sang and played the guitar. It’s been a wonderful experience so far!
Gentiva has been wonderful working with my mother! They are so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Gentiva.
