The Gentiva Hospice staff caring for my father were wonderful. They were receptive to my family’s questions and requests and helped us to navigate the dying process. I’m especially grateful to Chaplain Miles, my dad always looked forward to his visits. Heidi in the office was always professional and friendly and ensured that our requests were acknowledged. I’m grateful for everything the hospice staff did to make this experience as peaceful as possible.
I can’t say enough about the amazing level of care Gentiva afforded my mother. They took great care of her and kept me informed about her condition at all times.I would highly recommend them for anyone needing hospice care.
My healthcare worker, Latoya is the best. She is the most wonderful person to deal with a sick person. I do not know what she’s making but she needs a raise. She makes my day because she makes my husband feel so much nicer. Thank you for having her in your employment and give her a raise. I also want to give kudos to our nurses. They are Mandy and Donna. They’re absolutely wonderful. What a great company.
Jasmine was the nurse who provided my Mom’s care…she explained the symptoms of the dying process & how the medications would help. She communicated with the physician & helped the assisted living staff provide the necessary care. Mom passed peacefully with dignity & loving & quality care & got to remain in her room @ the facility until the end.
