If I could give negative stars, I would. This HOA is the absolute worst. They never answer calls or emails, never maintain the grounds, and never communicate about anything. Instead, they’re quick to blame and fine homeowners for issues that aren’t even theirs (I was fined for dogs barking when it was already proven it wasn’t my dog). lazy. They do not fix or maintain the building in a timely manner, snow removal is never done when it’s supposed to be. When grass is cut, it is mulched and never picked up, along with never edged either. Their online portal for payments is screwed up and will only result in you paying a higher HOA fee, and lastly, they are very bad at selective enforcement. They do not hold everyone to the same standard.
Without water at our houses for over 24 hours due to poor management of this “HOA” business. If I could give zero stars I would. They are fine to take our HOA fees but when it comes to actually solving problems when there is an issue they drag their feet and treat it like a non-issue. It is frustrating that we are paying for someone to NOT take care of our HOA. They come to the meetings, fine people, and that’s it. The sprinkler system, parks, lawns, and gardens should be taken care of. That is a bigger issue for property values than parking on the street.
