Update: 11/2023, sadly they closed. There wasn’t any notice for it and up until the month of their business closing, they were still charging for the monthly maintenance place. *** I’m 75 miles away from my older parents. Their furnace quits on a Sunday. Someone’s out to check it on Monday. Parts in and swapped out on Wednesday. Something goes wrong. More parts order and swapped out on Friday. More stuff goes wrong. Update: My one year service warranty was scheduled Sept 14, 2023. The day before I received a text and email confirmation the tech would arrive between 8-12. No show. I called at 1, 2and 3 only to get voicemail and no call back. I emailed 2 different address and this morning, 15th, I called again only to get voicemail. If you are out of business let your customers know via voicemail message. I’m irked my free warranty check up apparently isn’t going to happen.
