Good customer service! Everyone is very nice and always take care of keeping my hearing aides clean & in good working order.
The hearing specialist listened carefully to my issues and concerns and quickly diagnosed my hearing aid problem.
Received an offer in the mail for a free screening and very fair pricing on hearing aids. Warm reception and quickly, but thoroughly, conducted a hearing exam. Found minor hearing loss. And after going over the exam results, recommended a free retest in a year. Very professional staff. Only criticism was that exterior signage was centered over a neighboring coffee shop.
I was treated respectfully and the Dr answered several questions that I had. When I got home the hearing aids worked wonderfully! The Dr took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. He ran new hearing tests and they showed my current Hearing state! I am happy and so is my wife! Thank you Belltone!
Michelle and Cody did an awesome job cleaning and adjusting the setup on my hearing aids. I can hear much better now. Thanks!
