Ed was very friendly, accommodating helped me resolve the accumulated earwax on my problematic ear before the hearing loss test was performed. He is willing to help further with fitting, performance optimization and further maintenance of my HA. Highly recommend him fir everyone that needs really a personal attention and understanding.
