Completely useless, but at least the people are nice. Mental healthcare in East Texas is a horrible joke.
Absolute disappointment. They make no attempts to reach you when you need them, and when you ask for help, they simply give small band-aid solutions, rather than a beneficial method to use in self-help. Stay away from this horrible and moronic institution, cause you'll only end up worse than before.
When I came to this clinic over a year ago, I was very sick. I was, at the time, a person with undiagnosed clinical depression, uncontrolled anxiety, and severe suicidal thoughts. I was too sick to attend classes. I was self-harming and a danger to myself. Without this clinic, I wouldn't be here today. Without my amazingly kind, clever, and supportive skills trainer, I would not be a whole human for the first time in my life.
