I have been a patient with CHCN for over a decade, receiving care across multiple services including dental and gynecology. Today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 3:55 PM for my 3:40 PM appointment, which falls within the stated 15-minute grace period. Despite this, Nurse Tatiana Duplessis chose to cancel my appointment. Appointment got confirmed. Once I arrived they told me that the doctor was out for few days. Tried to make me wait for a nurse to see I’m my issue was acute enough … for a walk in doctor to see me. Horrible.
