Dr. Bassom is an awesome doctor, The staff terrible ! Had to wait ten days for a prescription refill for anxiety. Other times had to wait 6 7 days. I have canceled appts only to have them contact me three times regarding my canceled appt ,Had appt with Doctor and was seen by a nurse, Who had to ask me how to spell scabies, Shame on you Dr Basson for having an unprofessional nurse cover for you!
Dr, Bassom is awesome! listens to you ,The staff is terrible, From making me wait over one week for prescription refills many times! Canceled appts, only to have them remind me over and over, Totally disregarding my calls to cancel, Went to see the doctor, Had appt Only to be seen by a nurse Abby, Who asked me how to spell scabies??? Went to the hospitals ER for a stomach issue on my right side. This Provider who cannot be called a doctor TRUSTY… ordered every test under the sun, but never bothered to give me a physical examination of my abdominal area. He was too worried about my heart which is not why I was there after all these test and CT which now I have to pay for all of that because he lied, the hospital will not listen To me about my visit and just want the money. Went there in severe pain in my right hip and groin area., I had to wait for 3.5 hours for a CT scan and then I was told that nothing was wrong and just go home. I left there in as much pain as I was when I went there. I left there and I went to IU in Muncie. The provider came into the room, and actually did a full examination the doctor said "I know what is wrong with you. I have the shingles, and if you would have had a proper exam they would have see than. NOT GOOD!
Doctors and staff are very uncaring and unprofessional.
My mother was a patient for the past 2 weeks. 3rd floor, community hospital Anderson, she has c-diff, was being treated and was released after 13 days Dr. Mossa-Basha , he charted and released her stating her stools were formed and getting back to normal, which was not true. They're still loose, and the Dr. was told that by patient and daughter. We were told by the medical professionals that as long as her stool were loose the c- diff isnt getting better or resolving, she was having 12 to 15 loose stools a day when she was ... read more
Dr. came into the room and talked to the nurses/asked them questions instead of me. He told me to lose weight by exercising 30 minutes a day which would, in his words, make my heart beat slower. I’ve been having tachycardia since I was a teenager when I exercised regularly and weighed what I’m guessing he would consider an “acceptable weight” then. I would like to also add,some of the best looking doctors do their surgeries here..handsome and talented,and proud of their profession,you can tell!
nurses are polite and courteous, the doctor was rude, asked me nothing about my problem, and acted like I was wanting drugs, did nothing for me, IM still in pain. I will never go there again if I can help it, and I was charged 400.00 dollars
