I've had multiple physicians and Nurse practitioners at this clinic. No issues with the doctors or dentists ability to do the job. What I have issues with, they had a new girl for dental assistant. I told her and the trainer that I was turned down for assistance with the bill and would have to pay out of pocket so I didn't want unnecessary things done. They said we were doing X-rays. Took me to an expensive machine, that neither knew how to run. Afterwards, took regular X-rays. Charged me for both! Called billing, complained... read more
I am already nervous when I go to the dentist, normally. I tried this office and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dental appt. The staff treated me like an inconvenience. (Horrible demeanor, rolling their eyes, smirking, whispering & ignoring my questions) As if this appt couldn't get any worse, it does. The assistant opened something that goes on the tray with her teeth. I didn't say anything but that's gross. I should have said something and advocated for myself. I will never go back. Save yourse
Staff is amazing !! Have never experienced issues . I highly recommend this office.
if i could give it a zero i would. people aren't lying about the bedside manners being awful. i worked here and if u wanna get trash talked in the room next door you are at the right place! no common courtesy or empathy for patients what so ever. very judgy and cliche like staff! the hygienist is super nice tho. i was told i didn’t fit in since i started and just got “fired” from my two week notice because they did not want to give me bereavement for my aunt passing away yesterday. everything is about getting ppl in and out ... read more
Overall good experiences. Dr. Samantha Lindsey and her team were very personable and professional. I could not ask for more for my dental care. These guys are great.
