After a few sessions I had to switch therapist because I was told I should forgive my assaulter. Once I got a new therapist she quit and I went months without therapy and when I tried to use open access I was told by a receptionist that “they don’t really do that”. Was ghosted by Michelle. It’s been a couple weeks since she never showed up for our appointment. I tried calling and even told the office what happened they tried to reschedule me for when I wasn’t available and I told them I couldn’t do that and haven’t heard anything more from them, but I still haven’t been able to talk to Michelle. CHR is disrespectful of its patient's time. My appointment was 3:45. At 4:15 I called asking if my appointment was still happening. I was told the therapist was "running a few minutes late"(It had been 30). I gave up after more than an hour of waiting. I can understand when things are running late. It happens. No call/email providing an updated start time. We all have things to do. Meanwhile when I was 8 minutes late to an appointment because i was having trouble connecting to the remote call and they cancelled on me. I have... read more
