All staff are friendly and courteous. First time in my life I have had a pain free filling.
I came in to get a tooth pulled and could feel everything they were doing, and told them.. i was bawling my eyes out and the dentist pretty much climbed on top of me and to get it pulled. it was the worst dentist experience i have ever had and really painful.
They didn't display their qualifications. They could work on improving their level of customer service here, I left unimpressed. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable.. I do not agree with the way they do business here.... I was given medicine that makes me sick and when I tried to get a perscription I can take was told that I should just "deal with the nausea because I was not going to get a different medication".
