Dr. Zimmerman is alright, but everything else I give a very low rating. The office never answers the phone, you can call all day long & never get someone on the phone, when you do get someone on the phone it’s usually next to impossible to be seen same day for a sick appointment & when you do they say they will call in or send over a prescription to the pharmacy & then they never do & you have to call again the next day to make sure it gets done to help your sick child. Have an appointment about a month out for the first time... was previously at the awful neglectful community health in milton now trying this place. Hopefully we will be met with knowledge and compassion. The receptionist that made the appointment sounded very kind. Disappointed at how far out the appointment is but hopefully it's because the doc is just very thorough. Will be back with an update....
