Love the staff and doctors
This office has nice and has some wonderful staff but I can never get ahold of them by phone. I’ve been trying for days this time to get thru to someone because I couldn’t get the voicemail to pick up on the medication line. I finally left a message on the nurse line cause that was the only line to pick up. I asked for the maintenance medication refill and for my son to be seen. Never got a call back. Now my kids will have to go to school unmedicated Monday because yet again there meds aren’t getting getting called in. Every... read more
Update: I see they only care to comment on the positive reviews and have nothing to say when they receive a negative one. That reflects very poorly on management not taking ownership of their faults. Usually I'm mostly satisfied when I leave this office, however today they really let me down. My son has been really sick i brought him in to be seen today and he is legitimately strep throat sick.
