Nice experience
Clerical staff are great,was easy to get in for a physio appointment.First appointment was great physio was so lovely and helpful, the second and third with a Uni student,which was fine, unfortunately my student physiotherapist was a bit condescending and would not listen to me when I couldn't do an exercise,he just double downed . His advice was opposite to the first physio. He also progressed the exercises too quickly. I am attending the physiotherapy clinic and I have a lovely young man called Alexander. He is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. I believe Alexander will go far in this industry he really has great potential Thank you so much for assisting me.
I received a call from the Podiatry department where I frequently go and got told my Podiatrist has COVID-19 and ask if I could see someone else, The lady said there wasn't anyone else to do it and I asked to see someone at Brookvale but that is not allowed, I will send them my foot in an envelope Express post do you would think these people would be more helpful.
Excellent physio rehab service. Exercise room is well-equipped with stunning ocean views. On-site hydrotherapy pool allowed for fear-free stretches and exercises. My sincere gratuitude to Tyson and the physio team.
