So my husband and I have had our appointments scheduled for over 4 months. On Thursday the 13th just before 5pm they call him and say we double booked you so we have to reschedule or change the location. My husband has been waiting 4months to see his PCP and they do this. I call that day and ask to have this matter addressed, they say they will have someone call me back. No call back, i call again Friday and today and still no call back. This is absolutely outrageous. Made me wait 45 minutes after my appointment time, expected me to make a separate appointment id have to pay for. Charged me for my bmi that was irrelevant to my appointment. Refuses any communication about the bill.
