My husband and I really like this health club..We have access to alot of different exercise options and Mary is a great water aerobics instructor.
Highly trained, professional, Nationally certified group fitness instructors and trainers. Classes in all areas of fitness, mind and body, designed for all levels and all ages of participants. Truly, this is a Community of people working to get fit and stay fit!
