Extremely unprofessional! I called in as a new client, to ask about receiving services. Within 30 seconds of me speaking to someone, the lady who answered the phone placed me on hold without giving me a reason why. I was on hold for 7 minutes, hung up and called back just for her to tell me “they are busy and I need to be placed on hold again” I asked if there was a better time for me to call back and she then stated “no it’s like this always” if you are needing assistance, please go somewhere else! 30 seconds into the phone... read more
I volunteered at this clinic and it was by far the best volunteering experience I have had so far! :) The MA, NPs, MDs and front office folks are there for the sole purpose of helping out people of our community. The work atmosphere is fantastic and super friendly. I am so grateful to everyone there for their humanitarian work!
The place is not only clean, the staff friendly and competent, but they saved my life with their services when I needed care the most.
Excellent Community Clinic. I was honest about my financial situation, brought the required documents, and they graciously accepted me. I'm deeply grateful and appreciative. When entering the clinic we were greeted by Jeff, an intake personnel. Jeff was friendly, very helpful, patient and humorous. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
