Henry Owens is the first PCP I've had as an adult that I feel comfortable with. He actually saved my life by being able to identify the signs of a rare cancer that most people go through endless dead end tests before they get the right diagnosis. This office is never too busy and they always make sure I can be seen right away if I walk in... Even if it's late in the day and they have to send me down to Johnnie Ruth Clark. I had an excellent experience with Claire Snodgrass. She was thorough, knowledgeable and treated me kindly. I couldnt be more happy. I have never been treated with such respect compared to the Bayfront location. It was a good feeling to have all my scripts filled and other needs addressed. Reception was also very nice and smiling! It was a pleasure visiting this location. My only complaint is I wish my records were updated and true. Seems to be info on there that is not true.
I consistently have a very positive experience with this office. My primary care provider, P.A. Claire Snoodgrass, consistently delivers excellent care and always takes the time to listen and address my concerns, which I truly appreciate. While my experiences with the front desk staff have been mixed in the past, the courtesy and professionalism at my two most recent appointments were excellent. I can understand people having a bad day (whether it is a customer or service provider), but I have had nothing but good experiences here. If you are broke like me, go here and TREAT THESE PEOPLE WITH RESPECT. They have helped me big time more than once, and I am extremely grateful to them.
Pearl, nurse practitioner and her assistant, were lovely from day one of helping us. Quick and efficient service!!! These girls are true professionals. Will be referring family and friends here. Outstanding clinic who really listen to your needs. We wish you continued success!
