I was really disappointed in Evera healthcare due to one of the nurse practitioners that didn’t even look or feel the issue that I was having she just tried to guess by the symptoms I was telling her and when all my bloodwork came back pretty mormal so she told me my hands and joints were swollen due to “”genetics.” Then the young lady in that works in the pharmacy that is just so rude to everyone that walks through the pharmacy door. I love this place. I hate seeing doctors and I usually avoid it but the doctors and staff are wonderful here Quaresha on the customer service side was SO helpful and patient. Thank you all.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Snodgrass for several years and can honestly say she’s the best doctor I’ve ever met. This even goes for any specialist. Dr. Snodgrass is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. I leave the office feeling relieved every visit knowing I’m in the best of care. If you’re in need of a doctor, look no further. Dr. Snodgrass is the absolute best. I hope whoever is in charge gives her a raise because she deserves it. I can’t say enough good things.
Staff are horrible and don't care about the patient they never sent my prescription over to the pharmacy went back up there and was told i wouldn't get them till Monday because it's to late my appointment was for 3 worst doctor office in area other locations are even worse
My daughter and I are both patients. We love it here and Claire is such a wonderful, caring physician. The only problem I have is when I call I can't get through. I leave a message on my chart and they usually respond within a day.
