If I could give a -1 I would. After reading all the 5 star reviews I chose this clinic to bring my daughter. I was very disappointed in the quality of care and follow up from this clinic's staff. It's been months and we have yet to recieve a referral and the attitudes of the staff when we went in to complain about not getting help, we were treated with the most condescending attitudes.This clinic is not only unprofessional and short staffed, but it has set our care and recovery back months. Dr. Menart is absolutely the best. She listens to my son and seems to genuinely care about him and his health. She’s the best doctor he has ever had.
I started seeing Dr. Menart. For a very long time like 1991. And shes really a good doctor. I love her. She listen to you. Shes very kind. So when she decided to go to Vandalia I followed her. And then when left vandalia. I followed her again. Now shes back serving her community in huber heights. I followed her again. So, if u want a dedicated doctor that listen and kind, respectful. She's the one!
I had been a patient at PriMed of Vandalia for many years. In 2020, I had a respiratory emergency. My regular Dr was not available, so I was booked with Dr. Teresa Menart for the 1st time. I'm a nurse and I know I had Covid. The bottom lobes of my lungs were shutting down and I was struggling to breathe. This was in the early stages of Covid outbreak. No known treatments. No vaccines.
