La recepcionista es muy despreocupada le pregunte que si tenia que pagar algo despues de una consulta y me dijo que no, que el seguro pagaba todo con su cara muy poco amable, luego me llego un msj que debia $ 40 ella debe asegurarse antes de dar una respuesta.
Update 10.12.2024: they ended up waiving the 25.52, and my balance is now zero. I am glad they were able to do that. This was the only negative experience I had (a dentist that was a "no show". The last dentist I saw there was a good gentleman, and he did fix the filling with a new one free of charge and the new fillings are holding up nicely. I am upgrading the rating to five stars. They were close to my work in Brigham City. Unfortunately I got transferred suddenly to another work location and I could not see them anymore except for care that was in progress. My tooth fillings fell off after three months, and I scheduled an appt to have Dr. Laurtizen fix it. Sadly, the office failed to tell me that Dr. Laurtizen would no longer be there and I drove 90 MPH to make it to the appoitnment on time only to be told that they tried to call or text me, however, they used the wrong phone number to try to reach m... read more
