Have very bad teeth and happen to be poor. What a combo! Showed up for an emergency case. Tooth needed to be pulled out. I'm EXREMELY impressed with the service that I received from JORGE, working with DDS Edward and Alex. Jorge's professionalim and compassion was palpable. Were it not for Jorge, would have given this business zero stars; they never pick up phones, and becoming a patient of theirs is like winning some lotto. I’ve left reviews for community helath centers and they have been good, when it comes to medical. BUT DENTAL, waiting for someone to pick up, or schedule you, or answer or call back…. You’ll loose your teeth waiting. I was told to call on Monday’s to see if they have openings(so I did) and again I was told to call on mondays bc they are always booked 6 weeks out… 🤷♀️ it’s like you have ZERO chance of getting dental help if you have Medicaid….. I have been calling for 2 years for a dental appointment as they are my assigned provider, everytime it's we aren't accepting new patients.. I'm not new, I'm assigned. My dental work has gotten so bad in the time I've been waiting my teeth are no longer salvageable and have to be extracted.
