Went to get my son glasses on June 29th. Was told by the medical(vision) nurse that she will mail the glasses to the Apopka location because I live so far. Today is the 7th. I called the Apopka location and there are no glasses. The glasses are still at the four corners center. Mind yall I would have came back to the four corners location to pick my son glasses up. This company seriously needs to improve its customer service training. The existing reviews already point to an ongoing issue, and unfortunately, my experience confirms the same pattern. The receptionist called my wife to inform her that her appointment had been changed from 10:00 AM to 9:00 AM. When my wife simply asked for confirmation of the new time, the receptionist responded by yelling at her over the phone, showing a very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude. They referred my child out for sedation dentistry. 3 months later, still can't find a referral that will take him. Doesn't matter how much I call. Now they are telling me it's not possible they won't take him. Beyond frustrating!
