All community health centers are garbage. But its the only place my daughters insurance covers so we're forced to go here. Terrible service. We'll be the ONLY ones in the waiting room and it'll still take hours to get called back. If you have any other choice----go there---this place is trash. Plus one of the therapists had them tell us she didn't work there anymore cause she didn't know how to help her (which was pretty basic issues that my daughter was having) SO when we would see her in passing it gave my daughter a compl... read more

Yo pagué por un par de lentes bifocales que rechacé porque no podía leer y veía borroso, nunca los llevé a mi casa a pesar de que la encargada insistió en que los use durante 15 días para que me acostumbre. Les pedí el reembolso y ellos aceptaron pero dijeron que iba a demorar. Han pasado más de 4 meses y aún no me hacen el reembolso de lo que pagué por el producto. Went to get my son glasses on June 29th. Was told by the medical(vision) nurse that she will mail the glasses to the Apopka location because I live so far. Today is the 7th. I called the Apopka location and there are no glasses. The glasses are still at the four corners center. Mind yall I would have came back to the four corners location to pick my son glasses up. This company seriously needs to improve its customer service training. The existing reviews already point to an ongoing issue, and unfortunately, my experience confirms the same pattern. The receptionist called my wife to inform her that her appointment had been changed from 10:00 AM to 9:00 AM. When my wife simply asked for confirmation of the new time, the receptionist responded by yelling at her over the phone, showing a very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude.
