This company seriously needs to improve its customer service training. The existing reviews already point to an ongoing issue, and unfortunately, my experience confirms the same pattern. The receptionist called my wife to inform her that her appointment had been changed from 10:00 AM to 9:00 AM. When my wife simply asked for confirmation of the new time, the receptionist responded by yelling at her over the phone, showing a very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful attitude. They referred my child out for sedation dentistry. 3 months later, still can't find a referral that will take him. Doesn't matter how much I call. Now they are telling me it's not possible they won't take him. Beyond frustrating!
Love it here. My PCP is great and the whole office staff is awesome.
