Went for a yearly, new patient appointment. Appointment was scheduled at 4pm. Estimated charge $218. MA took vitals and history. At 5pm, I open the room door and asked if they forgot about me. Was told I was the next patient. At 5:15-5:20pm, the nurse practitioner walked in. Did not apologize for running over an hour behind. She listened to my lungs and looked in my ears. Then she was done. When I went to check out, they told me I owed another $40. I said I waited over 75 minutes to be seen, I am not paying any more and walk... read more

The Dentist here has HORRIBLE bedside manner his assistant even agrees. After him scaring my 7 yr old to tears because he is so rude and didn’t prepare her for her first extraction I’m deciding to take my children out. She was feeling pressure and cried a bit when he started to pull at the tooth and “he told her if you don’t feel pain and I don’t want to hear anything” I’ve been here 6 years gave him countless chances and he has not improved at all.
