You call this place you wait on hold and then you find out that they're not taking any more adults. They are booked up.. appointments are all full. This is only for kids atm. So there are emergency walk ins but nothing is guaranteed. So you might go there at six forty five a m and wait two hours to have nothing happen while you suffer through just to be told sorry bye.. yet again there's too many people in orlando...to find any real help from these communal dentists and physicians, same story from ten years ago, to be hones... read more
0 stars. Horrible experience today! My appointment for my son was made months ago. I advised the rep on the phone my twin sons are autistic and may require additional assistance in sitting still. She advised that she can book me at a specific location that provides the laughing gas to help calm them. I made 2 separate appointments so I could give each child my undivided attention. I filled out the form detailing all my son's medical history for check in days prior to the appointment. Once I arrived, everything changed. The d... read more
You guys need to stop telling parents with special needs kids you can accommodate them. The lack of effort, understanding, and compassion shown towards my family today is unacceptable and you should aim to train your staff better.
