All good. When you call, they take the time to fully answer anything you need. For this reason, I don't mind being in the queue. Great providers, great staff, they can get you in quickly if you need it.
Always excellent service. Love the doctors and staff. The phone response can be a long wait (it's variable), but otoh, when you're talking to them they take all the time needed. I was following a provider, Chris Novak, but I expected a crappy office full of snotty nose kids, and it's nothing like that. Modern, calm....
